Should I get this service pack?
This service pack addresses two very specific problems. Please read the Fix information at the bottom of this page. If you are using any of the capabilities related to these fixes we recommend installing this service pack.

How do I install the service pack?
You simply download the service pack (single file) and double click on it. This will start an installation process that will update two files in the TReK bin directory. That's all you need to do. You don't have to uninstall the TReK software to install this service pack. You can install it over TReK Release 1.1 or any of the TReK Release 1.1 service packs (Service Pack 1, Service Pack 2, Service Pack 3, or Service Pack 4). Please note that if you install this service pack you will automatically get the updates that were included in TReK Release 1.1 Service Pack 1, TReK Release 1.1 Service Pack 2, TReK Release 1.1 Service Pack 3, and TReK Release 1.1 Service Pack 4.

• This service pack addresses a problem that can occur when you are getting multiple GSE Packets (different APIDs) that contain the same parameter. It is possible to incorrectly get API_MORE_DATA_AVAILABLE returned from the API when retrieving data from a specific APID for that parameter. This problem most likely would occur during an LOS period when the POIC would continue to generate GSE packets with data that was stale.
  
  
• The display capability in Telemetry Processing did not correctly display GSE data that arrived as a calibrated string. This problem is now fixed.
